AI Change Loop is a platform of Evolevant LLC. The platform provides enterprise transformation governance tools including the Enterprise Architecture Diagnostic, client portal, and platform-activated instruments. Contact: raheel@aichangeloop.com
We collect data you submit through the EAD intake form, client portal registration, and platform instruments. This includes program information, organizational context, diagnostic responses, and contact details. We do not collect payment data directly. Payment processing is handled by third-party processors who maintain their own privacy policies.
Data submitted through the platform is used to generate your SICI score and Activation Profile, deliver your EAD report, operate your client portal record, and administer gate assessments and pulse instruments. We do not use your data for any purpose beyond delivering the contracted platform service.
Platform data is stored in cloud infrastructure with logical isolation per client program. Access controls restrict data access to authorized platform operators only. We apply reasonable technical and organizational security measures appropriate to the nature of the data processed.
We do not sell, rent, license, or share client data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with infrastructure providers operating under data processing agreements. We may disclose data where required by law, court order, or regulatory requirement.
Where you consent at EAD intake, anonymized and aggregated diagnostic data may contribute to the AI Change Loop benchmark dataset. No individual program data point is identifiable in benchmark outputs. Consent is obtained before any contribution. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting raheel@aichangeloop.com.
Ari (Architecture Readiness Intelligence) is an AI-powered assistant available on the public site. Ari provides informational guidance based on AI Change Loop public doctrine. Do not submit protected health information, confidential client records, regulated data, or sensitive internal information into the public Ari assistant. Conversations with Ari may be reviewed to improve the assistant.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Deletion requests are targeted for completion within 30 days, subject to legal, financial, security, and operational retention requirements. To exercise your rights, contact raheel@aichangeloop.com.
