AI Change Loop is a platform of Evolevant LLC. By accessing or using the AI Change Loop platform, including the website at aichangeloop.com, the Enterprise Architecture Diagnostic, the client portal, and any platform instruments, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Access to the AI Change Loop platform is provided subject to registration, payment of applicable fees, and compliance with these Terms. Evolevant LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the platform.
All content on aichangeloop.com, including the AI Change Loop framework architecture, the SICI scoring system, the CPI operating model, the 26 platform-activated instruments, all eBooks, publications, templates, assessments, and diagnostic instruments, are the proprietary intellectual property of Raheel Malik. All rights reserved.
The AI Change Loop IP was developed independently by Raheel Malik on personal time and using personal resources. It has no connection to any employer, past or present. No employer holds any ownership interest in the AI Change Loop framework, instruments, publications, or platform. This provenance is material and is documented here for record.
You may access the platform for the purpose of governing your own transformation program under a valid registration. Consulting firms may access the platform under an enterprise license to deploy the AI Change Loop framework on behalf of their clients, subject to a separate licensing agreement.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any AI Change Loop IP without written authorization. You may not reverse-engineer the diagnostic scoring methodology, reproduce instrument content, or use platform outputs to create competing products or services.

Ari’s responses do not constitute professional advice, legal advice, or a contractual commitment. Do not submit protected health information, confidential client data, or regulated information into the public Ari assistant.
The AI Change Loop platform is provided on an as-is basis. Raheel Malik makes no warranty that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that diagnostic outputs will produce any specific program outcome. Benchmark data reflects synthesized market context and does not guarantee performance results.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Raheel Malik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform. Total liability for any claim arising from platform use shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the twelve months preceding the claim.
